Our 1:1 Sessions are personalised experiences that combine therapeutic conversations with the physical and mental benefits of e-biking. These sessions are tailored to the individual’s needs and can include guided rides through scenic routes, offering a unique way to explore both inner and outer landscapes. The combination of gentle physical activity and one-on-one support provides a powerful opportunity for personal growth, stress relief, and mental clarity. At Natural Wellbeing Scotland, we're excited to launch our new pilot project offering Electric Mountain Bike (E-Bike) Sessions aimed at enhancing both mental and physical health. These sessions are designed for individuals seeking personal growth, improved wellbeing, and a deeper connection with nature. If successful, we plan to expand this program to include group sessions.

About the E-Bike Sessions

Activities Include:

  • 1:1 Guidance: Work individually with an NWS staff member.

  • Bike Check & Safety Briefing: Comprehensive safety measures and equipment checks.

  • Cycling Adventure: Follow a pre-planned route through scenic landscapes.

  • Wellness Break: Pause at an agreed location to ground our feet, set up camp chairs, and light a small fire for warmth.

  • Lunch & Refreshments: Enjoy a packed lunch in the great outdoors.

  • Wellbeing Coaching: Receive personalized coaching to enhance your mental and emotional wellbeing.

  • Meditation/Contemplation: Choose between guided meditation or quiet contemplation time.

  • Environmental Stewardship: Participate in a litter pick to give back to the environment.

  • Return Journey: Cycle back feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Equipment Provided: We provide all necessary equipment, including bikes, helmets, and safety gear. Just bring a packed lunch!
